Cranberry Relish II
- 1 fresh cranberries (16 oz.)
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 cup seedless raisin
- 1 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 1 cup apple, chopped
- 1 tablespoon orange rind, grated
- 1 teaspoon ginger, ground
- Combine cranberries, sugar and water.
- Cook over low heat 15 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Remove from heat; stir in remaining ingredients.
- Cover and refrigerate.
- You may put in jars.
