Italian Chicken Mozzarella

  1. Moisten chicken pieces with water.
  2. Shake off excess.
  3. Shake 1 or 2 pieces at a time with coating mix.
  4. Discard any remaining mix.
  5. Place in 15x10x1-inch baking pan.
  6. Bake at 400F for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
  7. Top each chicken breast with spaghetti sauce and cheese.
  8. Bake an additional 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
