Italian Chicken Mozzarella
- 8 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (about 2 lb.)
- 1 packet SHAKE 'N BAKE Chicken Coating Mix
- 1-1/2 cups spaghetti sauce
- 1 cup KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- Moisten chicken pieces with water.
- Shake off excess.
- Shake 1 or 2 pieces at a time with coating mix.
- Discard any remaining mix.
- Place in 15x10x1-inch baking pan.
- Bake at 400F for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
- Top each chicken breast with spaghetti sauce and cheese.
- Bake an additional 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
