Veal With White Wine And Mushrooms Recipe
- 1 pkg. stew veal
- 8 ounce. pkg. fresh mushrooms
- 1 c. white wine
- Fresh grnd black pepper
- Lawry's-salt-free seasoning
- (May substitute chicken for veal.)
- Cut veal into bite size pcs, place in lightly greased fry pan.
- Sprinkle veal with black pepper and lightly cover all pcs with seasoning salt.
- Brown meat lightly on one side then turn and cover other side lightly with season salt and pepper.
- Meanwhile, slice mushrooms thickly and place into the fry pan on medium heat, stirring occasionally till mushrooms are cooked (approximately 5 min).
- Then add in 1 c. white wine, cover and simmer 20-30 min.
