Very Low Fat, Low Sugar Bran Muffins
- 1 cup all-bran cereal
- 1 12 cups skim milk
- 12 ounces Bisquick Heart Smart mix
- 23 cup Splenda granular
- 4 ounces unsweetened applesauce
- 2 tablespoons molasses
- 2 eggs
- 8 ounces raisins
- 12 teaspoon cinnamon
- 14 teaspoon salt
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Pour cereal into a small bowl, cover with 1 cup skim milk, and let sit for ten minutes.
- Add all ingredients in a large mixing bowl, stirring with a spatula to combine.
- Spoon into a greased 12 muffin baking dish, filling to top of cups.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until a tooth pick stuck in middle comes out clean.
- Take out of pan to cook, the seal in a container or eat at once.
