Shrimp Salad

  1. Cook linguini according to package directions.
  2. Cook carrots in microwave 2 to 3 minutes.
  3. In large bowl toss together shrimp, linguini, carrots, pea pods and green onions. In a small bowl mix together the soy sauce, sesame oil, water, garlic powder, pepper and peanut butter.
  4. Whisk until smooth.
  5. Pour over shrimp
  6. mixture and mix until all ingredients are coated.
