Tonight's Couscous

  1. Heat olive oil.
  2. Add onion & cinnamon stick.
  3. Saute 5 minutes.
  4. Add raisins, ras el hanout, salt & pepper, stir well.
  5. Add chickpeas, stir to combine well.
  6. When thoroughly heated, add couscous & water.
  7. Stir well, cover, turn off heat & let sit 5 minutes.
  8. Stir, serve & enjoy.
