Adrian's stuffed chicken

  1. preheat oven to 350
  2. grind cornflakes
  3. add all dry spices to ground flakes, and mix
  4. slice chicken breast so that two wings are present
  5. pound chicken to flatten a bit
  6. spoon out 1tablespoon of cream cheese and spread onto centre of chicken breast
  7. sprinkle shredded cheese on top of cream cheese
  8. add diced peppers or ground spinach on top of cheese
  9. fold ends of chicken, then roll chicken so insides are not visible
  10. place chicken in dry mixture and coat entire breast
  11. place chicken onto aluminum foiled baking sheet
  12. place in oven for 20-30 minutes
  13. plate with choice of side dishes
