Arranged Sauces with Basic Mayonnaise

• 4 tbsp Basic mayonnaise
• 1 egg sac Tarako (salt-cured cod or pollack roe)
• 1 tbsp Lemon juice
• 4 tbsp Basic mayonnaise
• 2 tbsp White miso
• 1 Egg yolk
• 1 dash Sugar and salt

1. For the tarako mayonnaise, simply remove the eggs from the sac with a spoon, and mix them together with mayo and the lemon juice.
2. For the miso mayonnaise, just mix all the ingredients together well.
