Pork With Apples And Apple Brandy(Low-Fat)
- 4 to 6 lean pork chops or pieces of boneless pork loin
- poultry seasoning to taste
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup (low-fat, Healthy Request)
- 1/4 c. apple brandy or other brandy
- 2 to 3 Tbsp. frozen apple juice concentrate
- 1/4 c. or less sugar
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon, mixed with sugar (can use brown sugar)
- 4 or 5 cooking apples, cored and cut into slices
- Trim all visible fat off pork.
- Spray a skillet with Pam and brown the pork.
- Sprinkle the poultry seasoning on it as it cooks. Mix the soup, brandy and apple juice together and pour into a shallow casserole dish.
- Put browned pork into the soup mixture and bake, uncovered, at 350u0b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
- If you want much sauce, double the sauce recipe.
