Pork With Apples And Apple Brandy(Low-Fat)

  1. Trim all visible fat off pork.
  2. Spray a skillet with Pam and brown the pork.
  3. Sprinkle the poultry seasoning on it as it cooks. Mix the soup, brandy and apple juice together and pour into a shallow casserole dish.
  4. Put browned pork into the soup mixture and bake, uncovered, at 350u0b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
  5. If you want much sauce, double the sauce recipe.
