Marinated Flank Steak

  1. Whisk first 5 ingredients to blend in 13x9x2-inch glass dish, season with pepper.
  2. Add steak and turn to coat.
  3. Marinate steak up to 2 hours at room temperature or cover and refrigerate up to 1 day, turning steak occasionally.
  4. Preheat broiler.
  5. Remove steak from marinade.
  6. Broil steak to desired doneness, about 4 minutes per side for medium-rare.
  7. Transfer steak to platter.
  8. Thinly slice steak across grain on diagonal and serve.
