Caramelized BBQ Beef Skewers
- boneless beef sirloin steaks, thinly sliced
- 1-1/2 cups A.1. Original Sauce, divided
- 1-1/2 cups KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce
- 2 Tbsp. GREY POUPON Classic Dijon Mustard
- Toss meat with 3/4 cup steak sauce (or with 2 Tbsp.
- steak sauce for trial recipe); let stand 10 min.
- Meanwhile, mix remaining steak sauce, barbecue sauce and mustard.
- Thread 2 oz.
- meat onto each of 48 skewers (or onto each of 8 skewers for trial recipe).
- For each serving: Grill 2 skewers on medium-high heat 6 min.
- or until medium doneness (165 degrees F), turning after 3 min.
