Caramelized BBQ Beef Skewers

  1. Toss meat with 3/4 cup steak sauce (or with 2 Tbsp.
  2. steak sauce for trial recipe); let stand 10 min.
  3. Meanwhile, mix remaining steak sauce, barbecue sauce and mustard.
  4. Thread 2 oz.
  5. meat onto each of 48 skewers (or onto each of 8 skewers for trial recipe).
  6. For each serving: Grill 2 skewers on medium-high heat 6 min.
  7. or until medium doneness (165 degrees F), turning after 3 min.
  8. and brushing occasionally with barbecue sauce mixture.
