Chicken, Shrimp and Veggie Pasta
- 3 whole Chicken Breasts
- 1 head Broccoli
- 2 whole Red Or Yellow Peppers
- 1/2 bottles (8 Oz. Bottle) Italian Dressing, Plus 1/2 Cup To Cook Vegetables In
- 1 pound Whole Wheat Pasta
- 20 whole Shrimp
- First, cook the chicken breasts.
- Cut the chicken up into small pieces and either grill or cook on the stove top.
- While the chicken is cooking, start to saute your veggies.
- Chop the broccoli and peppers and place in pan on stove top with about 1/2 cup of Italian dressing.
- This will marinate the veggies while they cook.
- This will take about 15 minutes.
- After about 5 minutes of cooking the veggies, begin cooking your pasta.
- Boil water and place pasta in boiling water according to the package (ours took 1113 minutes).
- With 5 minutes left of cooking the veggies and pasta, add the shrimp to the veggie pan.
- These will cook quickly!
- Finally, drain the pasta and pour about half of the bottle of Italian dressing onto the pasta.
- Stir in the veggies, shrimp and chicken.
- Serve with parmesan cheese!
