cajun chicken & sausage spaghetti

  1. first clean chicken, put in a boiling pot of water with a little salt.
  2. For about 30-40 minutes.
  3. while that's cooking cut onion, bell pepper, and sausage.
  4. saute onion and bell pepper on medium heat covered, stirring occasionally.
  5. after about five minutes throw in cut up sausage and saute everything a little longer.
  6. when down turn off, cover, put aside.
  7. In a medium pan on medium heat, combine the tomatoe paste, and fill the tomatoe paste can up with water three times, and pour water with paste.
  8. add the salt, pepper, garlic salt, and orageno and constantly stir.
  9. let cook down until well blended about ten minutes turn down on low and let cook.
  10. when chicken is done, pull all the meat off the bone.
  11. combine the chicken, onion and sausage mixture, and the red sauce you just made.
  12. open the rotel and tomatoes undrained.
  13. in with everything else.
  14. season to your liking.
  15. cook uncovered for about 45 minutes on medium-low heat.
  16. then cook pasta according to directions, and enjoy
