Pot Roast in Crock-Pot
- 6 medium red potatoes, thinly sliced
- 5 large carrots, thinly sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 (3 -4 lb) rump roast
- salt and pepper
- 1 cup beef broth
- put veggies on the bottom,
- salt and pepper the meat and place on top of the veggies, and pour the broth over the meat.
- Cook on low 10-12 hours or high 5-6 hrs (the larger the roast the more cooking time it needs).
