Wasabi Mashed Potatoes

  1. Place potatoes in a small pot and cover with water.
  2. Bring to a boil; cook until the potatoes are tender and then drain.
  3. Add sour cream, milk (add enough to make desired thickness), and wasabi paste to potatoes; mash well.
  4. Season with salt and pepper, to taste, and keep warm until serving.
