Courgette and Chicken with Salt Sauce
- 1 Courgette (zucchini)
- 200 grams Chicken thigh meat
- 1 tsp Oil
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1 tbsp Sake
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 as much (to taste) Pepper
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- Slice the courgette into quarter-rounds, and cut the chicken into bite size pieces.
- Finely chop the garlic.
- Heat oil in a pan, and stir-fry the garlic until aromatic.
- Cook the chicken skin side down until golden brown.
- Turn over and cook the other side.
- When the chicken is half cooked, add the courgette.
- Season with sake and salt.
- When the courgette becomes translucent, add pepper and sesame oil and serve.
