Spinach Lasagne(7 Grams Of Fat Per Serving)
- 1 small can tomato sauce
- 1 large can tomato sauce
- 2 eggs
- 1 box frozen spinach, defrosted
- 1 large container low-fat cottage cheese
- 2 tsp. oregano
- 2 c. low-fat Mozzarella cheese
- 1 box lasagne noodles (uncooked)
- salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat oven to 375u0b0.
- In medium bowl, mix all ingredients, except sauce, noodles and Mozzarella cheese.
- Spread 1/4 of sauce in lasagne pan (9 x 13-inch); top with 1/3 of noodles.
- Spoon on 1/3 of cheese mixture.
- Repeat sauce, noodles and cheese mixture twice more.
- End with sauce.
- Sprinkle remaining 3/4 cup Mozzarella cheese on top (I use a little Parmesan cheese).
- Cover tightly with foil.
- Bake 1 to 1 1/2 hours (until noodles are tender).
- Let stand 10 minutes.
