Creamed Chicken Enchiladas Recipe
- 1 bunch of green onions, browned in butter
- 1/2 can green chilies, minced
- 1 can (12 ounce.) evaporated lowfat milk (lite)
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce.) can enchilada sauce (more if desired a lot of sauce)
- 1 sm. can tomato sauce
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 chicken, boned and diced (can use canned chicken, white meat)
- Combine ingredients and alternate mix with a small package broken Fritos in a greased casserole (9 x 13).
- Use butter you used to brown onions with to grease casserole.
- Bake 20 min at 350 degrees and then add in 2 c. grated cheese.
- Heat till bubbly.
- Pour enchilada sauce over all ingredients around the sides of the casserole dish.
