Raisin Cheese Surprise

• 8 ounces feta cheese, crumbled
• 8 ounces mascarpone
• 23 cup golden raisin
• 2 12 ounces cream cheese
• 12 cup sugar
• 12 teaspoon cardamom
• 1 pinch salt and pepper
• puff pastry

1. Mix everything except the puff pastry together to form the filling.
2. Wrap in the puff pastry.
3. Bake at 350-375 degrees until lightly browned.
4. yum!
