Pork Chop Casserole
- 8 each Pork Chops
- 1 cup Rice -- not instant
- 2 can Cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup Beef Broth
- 1 cup Milk
- Preheat oven to 350F, and grease a 9" x 13" baking pan.
- Spread rice evenly over bottom of pan.
- Combine soup, milk, and beef broth in a mixing bowl.
- Arrange pork chops over the rice.
- Pour soup mixture over pork chops.
- Bake for 1 1/2 hours.
