Sun-Dried Tomato-Walnut Burger
- - PHILADELPHIA Original Cream Cheese, softened
- 1-1/2 cups walnuts, chopped
- 1-1/2 cups sun-dried tomatoes, finely chopped
- 24 each 80% lean ground beef patties (6 oz. each) Safeway 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
- 2-1/4 cups A.1. Thick & Hearty Steak Sauce, divided
- 24 each ciabatta rolls, split, toasted
- Beat cream cheese in 6-qt.
- bowl of mixer 1 min.
- or until creamy.
- (Or for trial recipe, stir by hand until creamy.)
- Stir in nuts and tomatoes; set aside.
- For each serving: Grill 1 beef patty on medium-high heat 2 to 3 min.
- on each side or to medium (160 degrees F), or desired doneness.
- Top with #30 scoop of cream cheese mixture.
- Grill 30 sec.
- or until cheese is softened; spread cream cheese mixture evenly over burger.
- Spread bottom of roll with 1/2 Tbsp.
- steak sauce; top with cheeseburger and 1 Tbsp.
- of the remaining steak sauce.
- Cover with top of roll.
