Sun-Dried Tomato-Walnut Burger

  1. Beat cream cheese in 6-qt.
  2. bowl of mixer 1 min.
  3. or until creamy.
  4. (Or for trial recipe, stir by hand until creamy.)
  5. Stir in nuts and tomatoes; set aside.
  6. For each serving: Grill 1 beef patty on medium-high heat 2 to 3 min.
  7. on each side or to medium (160 degrees F), or desired doneness.
  8. Top with #30 scoop of cream cheese mixture.
  9. Grill 30 sec.
  10. or until cheese is softened; spread cream cheese mixture evenly over burger.
  11. Spread bottom of roll with 1/2 Tbsp.
  12. steak sauce; top with cheeseburger and 1 Tbsp.
  13. of the remaining steak sauce.
  14. Cover with top of roll.
