Tarragon Vinegar

  1. Place tarragon sprigs in bottle
  2. Place garlic and lemon zest in bottle - I thread mine midway on a bamboo skewer so they don't just lay on the bottom
  3. Fill bottle with vinegar to cover
  4. Let steep 2 weeks, keep indefinitely
