Daddy's Dark Pumpernickel Bread

• 1-1/4 cup bread flour
• 2 tsp. brown sugar
• 3/4 cup rye flour
• 2/3 tsp. instant coffee granules
• 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
• 2 tsp. caraway seeds (optional)
• 1 tbsp. dry milk
• 1-1/2 tbsp. cocoa powder
• 1 tsp. salt
• 2 tbsp. dark molasses
• 1 tbsp. butter
• 7-1/2 fl. oz. water
• 3 tbsp. cornmeal
• 1 tsp. yeast

1. Add ingredients to your bread machine in recommended order.
2. In the Panasonic, add the dry ingredients first, then the liquids.
3. If using Fleishmans yeast, increase amount!
