Lamb With Mint Sauce

  1. Season the lamb with dash of salt and pepper then Pan Fry or grill the lamb both side till its no longer pink about 4 to 5 minutes on each side then add the mint sauce and coat it and simmer for half a minute then plate it
  2. Another option is to baked the lamb then add sauce and coat well then baked for another 1minutes
