Lamb With Mint Sauce
- 3 slice lamb chop /lamb shoulder
- dash salt and pepper
- 1 cup ready to use mint sauce
- Season the lamb with dash of salt and pepper then Pan Fry or grill the lamb both side till its no longer pink about 4 to 5 minutes on each side then add the mint sauce and coat it and simmer for half a minute then plate it
- Another option is to baked the lamb then add sauce and coat well then baked for another 1minutes
