Grandma Josey's Dressing Recipe

• 1 1/2 c. cornmeal (med. coarse)
• 2 Large eggs
• 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
• 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/2 c. buttermilk
• Add in sufficient water to make it able to pour.
• 1 chicken, boiled, skinned and boned
• 1 box Stove Top - corn bread flavor
• 4 hard boiled Large eggs, minced
• 1 med. onion, minced fine
• 1 can cream of chicken soup
• Salt and pepper to taste

1. Mix together first six ingredients in large bowl.
2. Then add in the rest of ingredients.
3. Pour into greased 11x14 inch baking pan.
4. Bake 350-375 degrees approximately 30 min or possibly till golden.
