Green Peas Salad Recipe

• 2 (10 ounce.) Packages frzn peas, defrosted & as dry off as much as possible
• 1 c. celery, cut fine
• 1/2 c. scallions, cut fine
• 1 pound bacon, cooked & crumbled
• 3/4 c. lowfat sour cream

1. Combine all ingredients.
2. Salt to taste.
3. Refrigeratethoroughly.
4. Serve as is or possibly on lettuce.
5. Serves 8.
