Salsa Swiss Steak

  1. Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat until hot.
  2. Sprinkle steak with salt and pepper.
  3. Place steak in skillet; cook 4-6 minutes or until well browned, turning once.
  4. Transfer steak to 4-6 quart slow cooker.
  5. Top with onions and bell pepper.
  6. In same skillet, combine soup and salsa; mix well.
  7. Pour over vegetables and steak.
  8. Cover; cook on low for 8-10 hours.
  9. Remove steak pieces from slow cooker; place on serving platter.
  10. Stir sauce well.
  11. Serve with steak.
