Chinese Style Chicken Thighs
- 4 chicken thighs skin&fat removed
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp rice wine vinegar or cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp dry sherry or OJ
- 1 tsp toasted seasame oil
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 1 tbsp OJ
- 1 tsp corn starch
- preheat 375
- rinse and dry chicken.
- place in glass baking dish.
- in bowl, mix: soy, vinegar, sherry, seasame, honey and garlic.
- pour sauce over chicken and bake for 30 min or until tender and no longer pink.
- remove chicken and keep warm
- pour sauce from baking dish into sauce pan.
- mix OJ and corn starch.
- and pour while stirring into sauce pan.
- cook 5 min stirring constantly the last 2.
- serve chicken with sauce
