The Duke of Bedford

  1. In a pint glass, muddle the mint leaves with the Simple Syrup.
  2. Add ice cubes and the sherry, bitters and aranciata.
  3. Stir well and strain into a highball glass filled with crushed ice.
  4. Garnish with the mint sprig and cucumber wheel.
