Beefy Mushroom Noodles

  1. Cook noodles and drain.
  2. In frying pan brown beef.
  3. Drain.
  4. In small saucepan, melt butter over low heat.
  5. Stir in mushrooms and brown slowly.
  6. Add flour and cook, stirring, until deep brown.
  7. Add water mixture.
  8. Heat to boiling and stir 1 minute.
  9. Add Worcestershire sauce to taste.
  10. Top warm noodles with beef and sauce.
