Strawberry Mousse Squares

  1. Stir boiling water into dry gelatin mix in small bowl at least 2 min.
  2. until completely dissolved.
  3. Cool 5 min., stirring occasionally.
  4. Meanwhile, mix cookie crumbs and butter; press onto bottom of 13x9-inch pan.
  5. Beat cream cheese in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until creamy.
  6. Gradually add gelatin, beating well after each addition.
  7. Gently stir in 1-1/2 cups each of the whipped topping and strawberries.
  8. Spoon over crust.
  9. Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm.
  10. Cover with remaining whipped topping.
  11. Serve topped with the remaining strawberries.
  12. Store leftovers in refrigerator.
