Swiss Steak

  1. Trim fat from meat and rub with garlic.
  2. Sprinkle meat with some of the flour and pound.
  3. Turn meat and repeat.
  4. Continue until you have used as much flour as the meat will hold.
  5. Cut meat into 6 pieces.
  6. Place in a nonstick casserole.
  7. Cover with vegetables, tomatoes and beef stock.
  8. Cover casserole and cook at 300u0b0 for 2 hours or until meat is tender.
  9. Serve meat and mashed potatoes with Basic Bouillon Gravy.
  10. Serves 6.
