Banana Nut Pancakes Recipe

  1. In a small mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese till smooth.
  2. Fold in whipped topping (mix will be stiff); set aside.
  3. In another bowl, combine pancake mix and sugar.
  4. Beat egg, lowfat milk and oil; add in to pancake mix and mix well.
  5. Mix in banana and pecans.
  6. Pour batter by 1/4 cupfuls onto a lightly greased warm griddle; turn when bubbles form on top of pancakes.
  7. Cook till second side is golden.
  8. Serve with cream cheese topping.
  9. This recipe yields 8 to 10 pancakes.
  10. Yield: 8 to 10 pancakes
