Chocolate chip cookies

  1. Melt butter and cool slightly
  2. Sift together the dry ingredients
  3. Beat together the butter and both sugars for about 2 minutes.
  4. Whisk together the egg, egg yolk, milk and vanilla extract.
  5. Slowly add the egg mixture to the sugar mix and mix until combined.
  6. Then add the dry ingredients and slowly add the chips.
  7. Refrigerate the dough for 1 hour.
  8. Preheat the oven to 375.
  9. Scoop the dough into 1 1/2 ounce portions.
  10. Bake for 15 minutes.
