Hawaiian Pork Whatnot
- 1 34 lbs pork tenderloin (cut into bite sized chunks, and trim fat)
- 12 cup onion (chopped)
- 6 green onions (chopped with greens as well)
- 13 green bell pepper (chopped)
- 13 red bell pepper (chopped)
- 13 yellow bell pepper (chopped)
- 4 celery ribs (sliced a little thin)
- 6 -7 garlic cloves (minced)
- 14 cup light brown sugar
- 1 cup rice (uncooked)
- 13 cup soy sauce
- 13 cup balsamic vinegar
- 13 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 6 teaspoons cornstarch
- 12 cup water
- 1 (20 ounce) can pineapple chunks (in own juice)
- 6 teaspoons cornstarch
- sea salt & freshly ground black pepper (to taste)
- Grab out a large baking dish.
- Cut pork into chunks, about 1-2 inch.
- Put pork in dish.
- Chop peppers, onions, celery, mince garlic, salt and pepper and stir around contents.
- Add rice over mixture evenly and stir around to mix.
- Open pineapple and pour juice and chunks over mixture.
- Add vinegar, soy sauce and Worcestershire.
- Add cornstarch throughout and stir.
- Sprinkle brown sugar evenly over mix; salt and pepper a little extra if desired.
- Pour water over the dish.
- Cover with foil and bake at 350F for 1 hour.
- Uncover, stir, and return to oven an extra ten minutes.
- Remove from oven and let set for 10 minutes or more stir and enjoy!
