Hawaiian Pork Whatnot

  1. Grab out a large baking dish.
  2. Cut pork into chunks, about 1-2 inch.
  3. Put pork in dish.
  4. Chop peppers, onions, celery, mince garlic, salt and pepper and stir around contents.
  5. Add rice over mixture evenly and stir around to mix.
  6. Open pineapple and pour juice and chunks over mixture.
  7. Add vinegar, soy sauce and Worcestershire.
  8. Add cornstarch throughout and stir.
  9. Sprinkle brown sugar evenly over mix; salt and pepper a little extra if desired.
  10. Pour water over the dish.
  11. Cover with foil and bake at 350F for 1 hour.
  12. Uncover, stir, and return to oven an extra ten minutes.
  13. Remove from oven and let set for 10 minutes or more stir and enjoy!
