Spring Mix & Match Pudding Pie

  1. Pour milk inot medium bowl.
  2. Add choice of pudding.
  3. Beat with wire whisk 2 minutes or until well blended.
  4. (mixture will be thick).
  5. Spoon 1 1/2 cups of pudding into pie crust.
  6. Top with special extra.
  7. Gently stir in 1 1/2 cups of the whipped topping into remaining pudding; spoon over pie.
  8. Refrigerate 3 hours.
  9. Top with remaining whipped topping just before serving.
