Frederick'S Orange Marmalade
- 6 large California oranges
- 3 lemons
- sugar
- water
- 1 (22 oz.) pkg. Betty Crocker pie crust sticks or mix
- 2 c. diced pared potato
- 1 lb. beef chuck or top round steak, cut into 1/4-inch pieces
- 2 tsp. salt
- 2 c. diced carrot
- 1 c. diced onion
- 1 c. diced turnip or rutabaga
- pepper
- 4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 4 Tbsp. water
- milk or light cream
- corn relish
- pickled beets
- chili sauce
- pickles
- 1 pkg. Betty Crocker pie crust sticks or mix
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1 c. cubed cooked ham
- 1/3 c. milk
- 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese (about 4 oz.)
- 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
- Heat oven to 450u0b0.
- Prepare pastry for 1-crust pie as directed on package, except roll dough into rectangle, 12 x 9 inches.
- Cut rectangle into 12 (3-inch) squares; prick with fork.
- Bake on ungreased baking sheet 6 to 8 minutes or until light brown.
