Garlic Shrimp And Mushrooms

  1. Melt butter in skillet over medium heat.
  2. Saute garlic and shallots in butter mixture for 1 minute; add Chablis and brandy, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce.
  3. Add mushrooms and cook 1 minute more.
  4. Remove from heat.
  5. Arrange shrimp in a single layer in shallow baking dish.
  6. Pour butter-mushroom mixture over shrimp and broil for 10 minutes.
  7. Garnish with parsley and serve over rice.
  8. Makes 4 servings.
