Ravioli With Ham And Peas

  1. Cook ravioli according to package directions.
  2. Meanwhile, melt butter or heat oil in skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add onion and garlic and cook until translucent, about 5 minutes.
  4. Add chicken broth and cook 2 minutes.
  5. Add peas, cream and pepper. Bring sauce to boil; boil 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Add ham.
  7. Drain cooked ravioli; toss in a large heated serving bowl with cream sauce and sprinkle with parsley.
  8. Makes 4 servings.
