Curried Chicken Bites

  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Use rolling pin to flatten bread to 1/8-inch thickness; brush with butter.
  3. Brush 24 mini muffin pan cups with any remaining butter.
  4. Cut each bread slice into 4 squares; press 1 square, buttered side up, onto bottom and up side of each muffin cup.
  5. Bake 7 to 8 min.
  6. or until golden brown; cool completely.
  7. Combine chicken, coconut and nuts in large bowl.
  8. Mix remaining ingredients until blended.
  9. Add to chicken mixture; mix lightly.
  10. Spoon into toast cups just before serving.
