Shane's Pepper Salsa

• 3 green peppers
• 3 red peppers
• 3 yellow peppers
• 1 large white onion
• 2 limes, juice of
• 1 handful fresh cilantro, chopped

1. In your food processor puree one of each color pepper.
2. Finally chop the remaining peppers and white onion.
3. Mix everything together, then place in pint jars.
