Salmon Caesar Recipe
- 1 (6 ounce.) pkg. Caesar salad croutons
- 1 pound can red salmon, flaked
- 1/2 c. minced green pepper
- 1/4 c. minced onion
- 4 Large eggs
- 2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce.) can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
- In medium bowl beat together Large eggs, lowfat milk and soup.
- Stir in croutons, flaked salmon, green pepper and onion.
- Pour into buttered 11 3/4 x 7 1/2 x 1 3/4 inch baking dish.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over top.
- Bake at 325 degrees for 45 min or possibly till set in center.
- 8 servings.
- Sometimes I use chicken or possibly tuna.
- Great the next day.
