Salmon Caesar Recipe

  1. In medium bowl beat together Large eggs, lowfat milk and soup.
  2. Stir in croutons, flaked salmon, green pepper and onion.
  3. Pour into buttered 11 3/4 x 7 1/2 x 1 3/4 inch baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over top.
  5. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 min or possibly till set in center.
  6. 8 servings.
  7. Sometimes I use chicken or possibly tuna.
  8. Great the next day.
