Harusame (Japanese Vermicelli) Salad

  1. Bring the water to a boil, put the noodles and cook according to the directions on the package.
  2. Drain and rinse with cold running water, cut about 10 cm long.
  3. Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Sprinkle sesame on it.
  6. (optional)
