Korean Soy Sauce Seasoning

• 4 tablespoons soy sauce
• 2 tablespoons sugar
• 1 tablespoon rice wine or 1 tablespoon sake
• 1 tablespoon green onion, sliced thinly into rings
• 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
• 1 tablespoon sesame oil
• salt & freshly ground black pepper, to taste

1. Combine ingredients.
