Tuna Fish Pie With Cheese Roll Crust Recipe
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 3 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon flour
- Few grains cayenne
- Heat 3 Tbsp.
- butter.
- Add in 1/2 c. sliced green pepper and 1/3 c. sliced onions.
- Cook till soft.
- Add in 5 Tbsp.
- flour and 1/2 tsp.
- salt.
- Stir till well blended.
- Add in 3 c. lowfat milk slowly, stirring constantly till thickened.
- Bring to a boil and boil 2 min.
- Add in 1 large can tuna fish, liquid removed and 1 Tbsp.
- lemon juice.
- Pour into large baking dish and cover with cheese rolls.
