Tuna Fish Pie With Cheese Roll Crust Recipe

  1. Heat 3 Tbsp.
  2. butter.
  3. Add in 1/2 c. sliced green pepper and 1/3 c. sliced onions.
  4. Cook till soft.
  5. Add in 5 Tbsp.
  6. flour and 1/2 tsp.
  7. salt.
  8. Stir till well blended.
  9. Add in 3 c. lowfat milk slowly, stirring constantly till thickened.
  10. Bring to a boil and boil 2 min.
  11. Add in 1 large can tuna fish, liquid removed and 1 Tbsp.
  12. lemon juice.
  13. Pour into large baking dish and cover with cheese rolls.
