Egg in Toast! (AKA: Toad in a Hole)

  1. Cut holes in your bread.
  2. Heat butter in pan
  3. Add bread to pan and toast on one side
  4. Remove bread from pan and add more butter.
  5. Put bread back in toasted side up and put one egg into each bread hole and season egg.
  6. At this point you can cover the pan while the bread toasts to help the egg cook.
  7. I prefer to flip it over to finish cooking the egg.
  8. Grab a plate and enjoy!
