Cod Fish Chowder

  1. Bring milk and water to simmer in a large pot.
  2. Add onion, potatoes, and bouillon.
  3. Simmer 12 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
  4. If you like a thicker chowder, remove a cup of the potatoes and puree in a blender or vegetable mill, then stir back into chowder.
  5. Add corn.
  6. Return to simmer.
  7. Add cod; simmer 3 minutes or until fish is opaque.
  8. Taste and season with fresh ground pepper as desired.
