Buffalo Chicken Appetizer
- 1 cup Chicken (cooked, diced)
- 4 oz Cream cheese
- 3 tbsp Franks hot sauce
- 1 tbsp Blue cheese dressing
- 1 tbsp Sour cream
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp Season salt
- 1/4 tsp Black pepper
- 1/4 tsp Garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp Onion powder
- 1/4 tsp Cayenne pepper (optional)
- 2 -- 8 inch flour tortilla shells.
- 1 Optional ingredients: finely diced jalapeno pepper, diced green olives, diced tomatoes, sliced black olives.
- Bring the cream cheese to room temperature.
- Place all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl and mix well.
- Trim the four sides from the tortilla shells to make a square.
- Place 1/2 of the mix on one tortilla shell and spread to all 3 edges except for the top.
- Gently roll up, trying not to mash out any of the mix.
- What both are rolled wrapped in plastic wrap and refrigerate for several hours.
- (this will make it easier to slice before serving).
- Slice and arranged on a serving tray.
