Buffalo Chicken Appetizer

  1. Bring the cream cheese to room temperature.
  2. Place all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl and mix well.
  3. Trim the four sides from the tortilla shells to make a square.
  4. Place 1/2 of the mix on one tortilla shell and spread to all 3 edges except for the top.
  5. Gently roll up, trying not to mash out any of the mix.
  6. What both are rolled wrapped in plastic wrap and refrigerate for several hours.
  7. (this will make it easier to slice before serving).
  8. Slice and arranged on a serving tray.
  9. (try not to stand too close when serving, you might accidentally get in the way.
