Beef Pot Pie With Potatoes

  1. Heat butter in a heavy skillet over low heat; saute' onion and celery until tender.
  2. Stir in flour until smooth and bubbly.
  3. Add remaining ingredients; simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. Pour mixture into an 8-inch deep dish pie plate.
  5. Cover with pie crust; seal and crimp edges and cut several small slits in top to vent.
  6. Bake at 450 degrees for 20 minutes until nicely browned.
