Sausage Cheese Balls Recipe
- 10 ounce. grated Cheddar cheese
- 3 c. buttermilk biscuit mix
- 1 pound sausage (warm is good)
- With hands, mix all ingredients.
- Roll into marble sized balls.
- Freeze.
- Bake while still frzn at 325 degrees till toasted about 20 to 30 min.
- Makes about 100.
- These freeze before or possibly after baking.
- Great for appetizers or possibly in BBQ sauce.
- Serve warm.
